As a videographer, my goal is to document the subject as objectively as possible. All organizations have a unique culture. It is that uniqueness that needs portrayed when communicating the organization’s message to their target audience. As an editor, the challenge is to know how much entertainment value the message requires and to know how much entertainment value the audience will appreciate. Too much or too little of either and you will lose your audience and they won't get the message.
